Keywords "tribal loan" you know what youre getting into when you agree/sign the documents. The "normal" state and federal laws don't apply...
Everything is clearly stated.... If you didn't read it before signing it that's your mistake, if you did you knew exactly what to expect. I borrowed $400 and as they suggested I paid it off early. When all was said and done I only paid $472.
Hopefully you take responsibility for your decisions and learn from it.
You can't get them shut dwn because u weren't thinking about or reading what you were signing. Good luck getting a tribal lender shut dwn it sounds like you didn't read anything about North cash before you signed the agreement!

The loan documents you sign spell the terms out INCLUDING the apr very clearly. I too wasn't happy about the terms BUT I knew what I was getting into before agreeing!
You shouldve too... Key words are, "tribal loan"..
best bet is do as I did and pay it off asap. I took out $400, when I paid it off maybe a month later I paid $472

Withdrew money 3 days early
My first payment towards my loan was due to be taken out on the 5th. Instead it is the 2nd and my account is now overdrawn.
Really regretting using this company and wish there was a way to not have to pay them. Poor conduct of business. Will NEVER reccomend them to anyone. I wish I had done a little more research on this company before agreeing to get a loan from them.
Major Ripoff. Is it even accredited by the Better Business Bureau?? And why do I have to enter one hundred words just to send in a complaint??? This is ridiculous.
DO NOT get a loan from this company! They should be shut down

They Tried To Rob Me - Clear Out My Account - Get My Bank Username/Password
I borrowed $400 from them and got it the same day. The a few days later I see another deposit into my account for $400.
When I called them they said it was a glitch and that they will send me a portal for Chase bank where I put in my username/password. Of course, I said no way you're getting my username and password to my bank just so you can see the transaction. They saw the transaction and had no reason to have access to my online bank account. So I told them I would get them a statement from the bank and when I went to my bank, Chase, the woman there froze my account immediately and said there's no such thing as a portal through any company that they have.
They said they do that intentionally and then wipe you clean. Don't pay them back.
They can't do anything. They're illegal and won't go on your credit report.

Almost scammed
Today my phone rang I answered "Hello",I heard click, then a voice said hangup. I looked at the number and called them back, a woman answered stating your loan is approved you have been accepted, "I asked her who they were and which loan she says North Cash you have been approved for $15.000 I told her that I never applied for cash and don't know them she said that I applied online April 21, a thursday and she sent a email.
then hang up. A few minutes later I called her back very concerned that some one is hacking me; the same woman answered annoyed with me I told that I need to speak to a manager she said he is busy and not available. I waited 15 minutes they hangup on me.
I called again stating that I will report to the police identity theft, well she said she cancelled the application not to worry. I did go to the police to make a report of this matter.
Yes I previously took out loan and they where rude and disrespectful and give me the run around the first supervisor told me all I need to is agreed to take the money out my account and they came with someelse I called them three days and roll this have been the worst place I've dealt with the need better comcation and treat the customer right and they don't call you back
